Xiazhuang Village is located in Yuhua Street, Chenggong, and the urban reform plan has been proposed for more than 10 years, and the village relocation work was included in the "Ten Practical Things to Benefit the People in Chenggong District in 2021" in 2021, and was included in the village relocation work plan of Chenggong District in 2022.
In April 2022, the bidding announcement for the relevant demolition and demolition of Xiazhuang Village issued by the Yuhua Sub-district Office mentioned that the overall relocation project of Xiazhuang Village involved 1,390 households and 4,400 people, with a total demolition area of about 520,000 square meters and a total estimated budget of about 1.39 billion yuan for relocation and resettlement.

The project has not been reported much before, and it has not been directly included in various urban reform plans in Chenggong. Sanchakou Village is located at the intersection of Xingcheng Road and Huofeng Street, and the west side is Dianchi Star City, which has rarely been mentioned in urban reform plans and reports.
