On October 19, 2021, a group of black-winged, red-legged, long-billed birds foraged in the wetlands of the Lao'an River in Lu'an. This is the "red-legged lady" known as the Bird-American Maiden, the scientific name is: black-winged long-legged sandpiper.
The black-winged sandpiper ( scientific name : Himantopus himantopus ) is a species of bird in the genus Long-legged sandpiper in the family Regurgitae , with 4 subspecies. It is a slender black and white waterfowl.
The arrival of "Red-legged Lady" surprised photographers who love birds, and also showed that the ecological environment of Lu'an is getting better and better.
