The Segaba Museum was officially opened to the public in February 2021 and attracts people from home and abroad due to its rich collection. The embassies in Myanmar who visited the Segoba Museum on 22 February included officials from the Embassies of Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Brunei, Indonesia, Russia, Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Korea.
It is reported that the Sekaba Museum displays a large number of collections related to Myanmar's historical and cultural customs, and visitors can learn about Myanmar's historical and cultural customs and the history and exquisite craftsmanship of the collections of various eras in the Oil Painting Museum, The History Museum, the Craft Hall and the Amber Museum.
The Segoba Museum is divided into four floors, in addition to the history and culture of the Stone Age to the last monarchical dynasty of Myanmar, visitors can clearly understand the evolution and production of traditional Burmese costumes.
In the Amber Pavilion, nearly 6,000 kinds of amber fossils are on display, most of which are from the Hugao region of Kachin State, Myanmar, and are around 100 to 110 years old.
