Doctors who recommend drugs that are not available in China to patients with advanced tumors are also divided into two categories by Zhang Yu: doctors with more conscience, and those recommended to patients are indeed only foreign drugs with good effect and indications, the price is not expensive, there is a certain benefit to patients, and patients are given a certain vitality. Black-hearted doctors are luring advanced patients into using completely ineffective counterfeit drugs, and they are expensive and benefit greatly from them.

After investigation, on April 14, 2018, the patient Wang Mouyu was admitted to Liaocheng Cancer Hospital due to small cell lung cancer and bladder cancer, and died of illness on November 10 of the same year. During the treatment, chief physician Chen Zongxiang recommended the unapproved imported drug 'cabozantinib' to Wang Mouyu's queen Mouqing and let him buy it himself. Wang Mouqing asked Chen Zongxiang to introduce the purchase channel, and Chen Zongxiang introduced Wang Qingwei, the family member of the patient who had purchased the drug, to Wang Mouqing. At the request of Wang Mouguang, the brother of Wang Mouqing, Wang Qingwei resold a bottle of 'cabozantinib' purchased for his father but did not use it; later, at the request of Wang Mouguang, Wang Qingwei helped him buy a bottle of "cabozantinib" from Duan Mouzhen, making a total profit of 784 yuan.
According to the relevant provisions of the Drug Administration Law, 'cabozantinib' is a drug that must be approved and imported without approval. Chen Zongxiang recommended 'cabozantinib' to patients and included it in the doctor's order, violating the relevant provisions of the Practicing Physicians Law. After multiple investigations, it was not found that Chen Zongxiang made profits from it, and there was no interest association with the drug sales staff, and there was no evidence to prove that Wang Mouyu's death was directly related to the drug. Although his behavior was illegal, it did not yet constitute a crime, and the Dongchangfu Branch of the Liaocheng City Public Security Bureau made a decision to terminate the investigation against Chen Zongxiang in accordance with law. ”
In the exposé, Zhang Yu called on the public to "polish their eyes in the future and not listen to any big V." Trust the state and the state media. If Zhang Yu cannot come up with strong evidence to overturn this investigation conclusion of the Shandong Provincial Public Security Department, even if he can prove that the cabozantinib purchased by the patient's family is a "complete counterfeit drug" produced by a small domestic workshop costing only 100 yuan, it still cannot be concluded that Chen Zongxiang is a "black heart doctor" and a "doctor who ignores any medical principles for money".
