It's called "Beth GaN3 Pro 100W Gallium Nitride Desktop Plugboard" and is available in three versions:

In terms of appearance, the plug board body is only 38mm X 46.5mm X 112mm, close to the size of the mouse, and can be easily put into the backpack.
