Hongguang Shengye 150W LED drive power supply scheme input and output are connected by connector terminals for convenient wiring. The power supply, from left to right, is the input EMI filter circuit, the PFC boost inductor, the filter capacitor, the transformer, and the output filter circuit.
The back of the board is all SMT components, including PFC boost circuitry, flyback controller, synchronous rectifier controller. Both the PFC boost and the switch tube are gallium nitride switch tubes.

Paired with the PFC boost controller is a 650V reinforced gallium nitride monotube INN650D150A from Innosyco. The transient withstand voltage is 750V and the conductivity is 150mΩ. Features very low gate capacitance and output charge, supports ultra-high switching frequencies, and meets the requirements of JEDEC standards for industrial applications.
THE INN650D150A supports AC-DC, DC-DC power conversion applications, totem pole PFC applications, and high power density and energy efficiency power conversion applications.
PFC output filter capacitor is Yongming LKM series small size high frequency low impedance capacitor, resistant to high frequency large ripple current, 105 °C life of 10000 hours, effectively ensuring the reliability of power products. The capacitor size is 33μF 400V and uses four in parallel.

The switching power supply main control chip comes from Silicon Jie, silk screen printed FDM, the actual model is SY5021, is a high-frequency quasi-resonant flyback controller, built-in gallium nitride drive. The chip supports DCM+QR hybrid operation mode, adaptive overcurrent protection, programmable gate drive current, and 150V power supply. The chip has a built-in gallium nitride driver that can directly drive the gallium nitride switch tube. The chip has built-in high-voltage start-up and X-capacitor discharge, and is available in SSOP9 and QFN3*4 packages.
