They said that they were willing to raise funds to build the new Pufupu station of Line 18, saying that after preliminary investigation and estimates, if more than 100 million yuan of funds were needed, they believed that through the joint efforts of community residents, it would be completely affordable to distribute it to every household.

As early as January 2021, some residents began to strongly recommend "adding Hongpu Road Station in the fourth phase of the subway" on the political platform, because its line passed through the Pufu section but did not set up a station here.
