If you please him without following his own standards and doing his duty, he will certainly not succeed in pleasing him; but when a gentleman appoints talents, he will take you very seriously. It's hard to do things for the villain, but it's easy to get his joy. Even if he does not follow his own principles, does not do his duty, and in this way to please him, he will be very happy. But when he actually uses people, he will only ask for complete blame. ”
