1. The number of recruits and positions

The county forest fire professional team plans to recruit 15 members of the comprehensive emergency rescue post; 10 full-time fire auxiliaries of the government (8 team members + 2 local B2 and above drivers, if the driver position is insufficient, 2 additional team members will be recruited), limited to men.

2. Recruitment target

Graduates and veterans of colleges and universities who meet the basic requirements for recruitment and the specific qualifications for the recruitment position.

3. Main work

Mainly engaged in forest firefighting, fire fighting and rescue, safety production accidents, other natural disaster rescue and other work, and in accordance with the national comprehensive fire rescue team standards, the implementation of paramilitary, quasi-active management.

3. Recruitment conditions

(1) Recruiters shall meet the following conditions:

1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love the cause of emergency management, love fire rescue work, abide by discipline and law, have good conduct, have the quality of hard-working, willing to dedicate, teamwork, and have the physical and psychological qualities to perform the comprehensive rescue work of natural disasters and safety production accidents such as forest and grassland fire fighting;

2. Limited to men, place of origin is not limited, Jiaokou household registration and one year of work experience in Jiaokou is preferred; one year or more of rescue experience, sports expertise, and operable high-tech rescue equipment are preferred.

3. Have a high school degree or above (including vocational high school, technical secondary school, technical school), and good comprehensive quality;

4. Those who are between the ages of 18 and 30 (born before June 1, 2004 and after June 1, 1991), are limited to men, and the full-time government fire driver has a local B2 or above driving license and can skillfully drive the corresponding model and the actual driving age is more than 3 years old, and the age can be relaxed to 35 years old (born after June 1, 1987).

5. Good health, good facial features, no tattoos or tattoo marks, no disability, no stuttering, no heavy hearing, no severe flat feet, height of 166cm (including 166cm) or more.

(2) Those who have any of the following circumstances must not participate in recruitment:

4. Recruitment procedures and steps

(2) Registration

4. Documents required for registration

(3) Qualification review to determine candidates for the examination

Organize on-site registration and conduct qualification review and determine candidates for examination.

(4) Examinations

The exam consists of two parts: a physical fitness test and an interview.

1. Physical fitness test

The physical fitness test is carried out with reference to the "National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team Firefighter Recruitment Measures". The specific test items are: 10 meters×5 round-trip running, vertical jumping and high jumping, 1000 meters running. The 1000-meter run, the 10-meter ×5 round-trip test is only tested once, and the vertical jump high test is not more than three times, and the highest score of the test is taken. The three items of the test are implemented on a 100-point system, and the physical fitness test score = the sum of the test results of each project divided by 3, one of which is not up to standard, and the physical fitness test is unqualified. After the test results are obtained, no re-test will be carried out (the specific physical fitness test items, conformity standards, implementation rules and physical fitness test time will be announced separately).

The test taker must strictly abide by the relevant provisions of the physical fitness test, and complete each test independently and item by item by himself. Those who violate the relevant provisions of the physical fitness test such as impersonation or fraud will be disqualified from the physical fitness test. If the physical fitness tester fails to participate in the physical fitness test according to the prescribed time and place requirements, it is deemed that the physical fitness test is abandoned.

Wear sneakers and overalls during the fitness test. The timing, location and requirements of the fitness test will be notified to the test taker separately.

2. Interview

(1) Determination of interview candidates: Among the qualified personnel of the physical fitness test, according to the physical fitness test results from high score to low score, the shortlisted candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1:1.5; if the proportion is not reached, it is determined according to the actual number of people. If there is a tie in the finalist, the tied person will enter the interview session at the same time.

(2) Interview form: Structured interview is adopted to assess the candidate's image and appearance, language expression ability, organization and coordination ability, interpersonal communication ability, adaptability and other aspects of the quality and ability.

(3) Interview time: 8 minutes

(4) Scoring criteria: The interview score is 100 points, and the pass line is 70 points. The average of the remaining scores is the candidate's interview score (retaining two decimal places) after subtracting a maximum score and removing a minimum score.

Total test score = Physical fitness test score× 60% + interview score × 40% (two decimal places are retained).

(5) Physical examination

1. Determination of physical examination personnel: According to the order of the candidate's total examination score from high to low, the personnel participating in the physical examination are determined in accordance with the ratio of 1:1, and those who fail to pass the physical examination are disqualified; those who do not participate in the physical examination at the specified time and place are deemed to be automatically abandoned; if the applicant cheats or conceals the true situation in the process of physical examination, the qualification is cancelled; the vacancy is filled in turn according to the order of the total score from high to low. If there are more than 2 candidates with the same total test score, the physical examination candidates will be determined according to the order of the physical fitness test score from high score to low score; if the physical fitness test score is still the same, an additional interview will be conducted, and the candidate's score will be arranged according to the interview plus test score.

2. The height of the shortlisted candidates for physical examination must reach 166cm and above, otherwise it will be regarded as unqualified for physical examination.

3. The physical examination standards of other projects shall be implemented with reference to the "Occupational Health Standards for Firefighters". The physical examination is only carried out once, the cost of physical examination and re-examination is borne by the applicant, subject to the physical examination results issued by the hospital, if the candidate has objections to the physical examination results, he can go to the higher hospital for re-examination, and the physical examination results shall be subject to the re-examination results.

4. The physical examination will be organized and carried out uniformly, and the time, place and other matters will be notified separately.

(6) Inspection

Conduct a comprehensive inspection and political review of personnel who have passed the physical examination. The content of the examination mainly includes the ideological and political performance, moral character, compliance with discipline and law, honesty and self-discipline, major social relations, and work experience of the applicants; other aspects of the content of the examination, a comprehensive investigation, and those who fail to pass the examination are disqualified from employment.

1. Fresh graduates mainly examine the candidate's learning during the school period, usual ideological and political performance, etc., in principle, the school graduation appraisal and other certification materials shall prevail;

2. Graduates who have been employed may be issued by the unit with materials such as the candidate's ideological and political performance, professional ability, and work performance;

3. Applicants who are not employed shall be issued by the police station, community or village committee where the household registration is located to issue proof materials such as their compliance with discipline and law, ideological and political performance;

4. If there is any doubt about the certification materials, they may call back, solicit by letter or send someone to the applicant's graduation institution, police station, community or village committee to conduct on-site investigation, review the authenticity and file of the application information provided by the applicant, and reconfirm the candidate's qualifications;

5. The object to be inspected shall submit his personnel file (sealed) in a timely manner as required.

6. Personnel who do not provide complete personal inspection materials in accordance with the regulations shall be deemed to have given up automatically.

Those who fail to pass the examination or voluntarily give up the qualification for the examination shall be made up in the order of the total score from the highest to the lowest.

(7) Publicity

The list of personnel to be hired will be published in Jiaokou County Rong Media and Jiaokou County Yinuo Labor Dispatch Co., Ltd. WeChat public account, subject to social supervision.

(8) Employment and management

The applicant who has no objection to the announcement is determined to be the person to be hired, the probationary period of the person to be hired is 3 months, and the unqualified person during the probationary period will not be hired and will not sign a labor contract with him. After the probationary period expires, the personnel to be hired shall sign a five-year labor contract with Jiaokou Yinuo Labor Dispatch Co., Ltd. in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China and establish a personal file.

Jiaokou County Emergency Management Bureau entrusted Jiaokou County Emergency Rescue Center and Fire Rescue Brigade to sign a "Labor Dispatch Agreement" with the company. The employed personnel are dual-managed by the Jiaokou County Emergency Management Bureau and the Jiaokou County Yinuo Labor Dispatch Co., Ltd., and the salary, social insurance and personal personnel file information are managed by the Jiaokou County Yinuo Labor Dispatch Co., Ltd. The Jiaokou County Emergency Management Bureau evaluates the work ability, work performance and work discipline of the hired personnel, and submits the assessment results to Jiaokou County Yinuo Labor Dispatch Co., Ltd. For those who fail to pass the assessment or violate other relevant regulations, Jiaokou County Yinuo Labor Dispatch Co., Ltd. shall terminate the labor relationship with them, and their wages and social insurance and other benefits shall be terminated at the same time. After the expiration of the contract period, according to the needs of the unit, the contract can be renewed after passing the assessment.

5. Salary and insurance treatment

1. Probationary period of 3 months, probationary period of monthly salary of 2000 yuan, payment of personal accident insurance, probationary period from the official induction work to calculate.

2. After the probation period expires, the monthly basic salary is 2500 yuan, and the pension, medical (maternity), work injury, unemployment insurance and commercial supplementary accident insurance are paid. The payment base of social insurance shall be implemented according to the minimum payment base stipulated by Shanxi Province.

6. Requirements related to epidemic prevention and control

In order to do a solid job in the recruitment of examinations under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, the precautions for epidemic prevention and control are as follows:

1. Candidates download the "Health Management Information Commitment Form" and fill in and sign it, see Appendix 2 for details). Candidates who deliberately conceal their illness or do not truthfully report the history of fever, travel and contact, as well as those who refuse to cooperate in the prevention and control of the epidemic in the examination, will be dealt with in accordance with laws and regulations and disqualified from the examination.

2. Candidates should earnestly enhance their awareness of epidemic prevention and control, and do not travel to areas with medium or high risk levels of epidemic risk if it is not necessary. Try to go to crowded public places as little as possible, reduce the time spent in public places, maintain a safe distance between people, minimize participation in gatherings, gatherings and other activities with a risk of infection, and do a good job in relevant protection work.

3. Candidates must wear disposable medical masks or medical surgical masks throughout each link, and can only remove the masks when verifying their identity.

4. Candidates should obey the on-site management, maintain a distance of more than 1 meter at the scene, avoid close contact and communication, and strictly prohibit gathering and staying.

5. Candidates need to check their temperature at the designated location of the test center 1 hour before registration and test, and provide "health code" and "itinerary card" (candidates from medium and high-risk areas also need to show a valid 3-day report that the new crown virus nucleic acid test is negative). Only those who have a normal body temperature and a "health code" and "itinerary card" are undoubtedly valid can take the exam.

6. On the day of the test, if the candidate has fever, cough and other symptoms during the examination center or during the examination, the medical staff of the test center will make a preliminary diagnosis, and arrange to take the test in the isolated alternate examination room according to the situation, or immediately take isolation measures and send it to the designated hospital for treatment. Candidates who do not provide relevant health certificates in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control are not allowed to take the test.
