What is growth? To understand this, it is necessary to know what the role of "growth" is. (1) Growth can make people survive independently; (2) growth can make people have value; (3) growth can make people know themselves and the world. Therefore, growth is a person's continuous experience and self-knowledge.
Why, knowing doesn't mean you can do it. Because it is difficult for mortals to have a deep perception of what they have not personally experienced and done.
