Ishtar: Dangerous Eastern Jungle

author:The little V that is not omnipotent

An independent state with Szytar as the Rune Land, but not reflected in the League of Legends game region.

Ishtar: Dangerous Eastern Jungle

Known for his proficiency in elemental magic, Izutar was one of the first independent states to join the Shreima Empire, and the heroes who belonged to Izutar included Moffitt, Chiana, Niko, and so on. For the people of Ishtar, the whole world was nothing more than a confluence of many material forces, and only they could control this power. The entire permutation of elemental magic, from simple to complex, is determined by a series of meta-axioms.

The Esutars have long been proud of integrating the axioms of the early Yuan dynasty into their daily lives. Through the axiom of rock elements, quarries were able to lift boulders high as if they were carrying bags of feathers. As long as the intrinsic properties of a substance are thoroughly studied, it can be more easily manipulated. It can take hours to carve a rock with a hammer and chisel, but a skilled element allows you to achieve the same results in minutes.

Issy Okan is the mysterious city of Osytar. The history of the city is much older than any outsider would have guessed, and the sprawling complex is a multifunctional community where residential areas merge with the Academy of Magic.

The complexes are connected by intricate energy pathways, each representing a form or law of elemental magic. The largest of these is the residence of tens of thousands of Ishtar apprentices. They divide the hierarchy according to the length of their practice and refine the occult until they have mastered the ultimate Upanishads.

Strangely enough, the ruins scattered around Eshental are inhabited by a staggering number of dragons. Since the end of the War between Shurima and the Void, these terrible creatures have never fought alongside humans. Nowadays, for the most part, they seem to prefer a life of being undisturbed.

Inside the tower of the Ezekirn Center, there is a large empty chamber, and its location is deliberately designed to be in the geometric center of the Ezetar, or even the all-rune land, at least as the Ezettas believed. Above this empty chamber hangs Vidalian, an ancient sacred object capable of weaving magic into a material entity.

In fact, the Ishtar culture originated very early, was part of the Great Migration to the West, and gave birth to many later civilizations, including Baru, the magnificent Hyalia, and the ascetic Giant God Peak people. And it is also possible that they played an important role in the birth of the first ascendant.

Few outsiders know about the history of Ishtar. In fact, over the years countless explorers — from Noxus, Birgivoort and, more recently, the Guild of Explorers of The Pietrove — have gone deep into the jungle in search of mysterious thrones or new frontiers, but have since disappeared without a trace.

Isital is a vast rainforest surrounded by misty miasma jungle, and the mages of Isutar isolated the jungle as a barrier to survive the Void War and the subsequent invasion of the Dark Ones. When nearly everything was destroyed, they decided to protect the world's few remaining legacies.

Now, after a thousand years of isolation from the world in the jungle, Essioken is hardly affected by the outside world. The Ishtars witnessed the destruction of Fukumitsu Island and the subsequent Rune Wars from afar, and have since regarded the other races of the Rune Land as upstarts and pretenders, determined to use their powerful magic to keep them out.
