Guizhou Provincial Archaeological Institute and Bijie City Museum related experts rushed to the scene to carry out rescue excavations, found that the burial chamber is about 2.4 meters long, about 1.1 meters wide, 0.7 meters high, made of more than 1,000 bowl arches, belongs to the Qing Dynasty tomb, due to the age, the coffin has been carbonized, the bones no longer exist, other information needs to be further examined.

Bowl burial tombs are unique burial customs in some ethnic minority areas in the Ming and Qing dynasties of the mainland, and a bowl burial tomb often uses hundreds of porcelain bowls. Bowl burial tombs as a burial custom did not appear in mainland history for a long time, and disappeared in the middle of the Qing Dynasty due to population migration caused by war or other reasons, so bowl burial tombs are extremely rare.
