First, adjust the status and do a good job of health monitoring

1. Parents should help their children adjust their schedules and emotions to ease the tension of school start. Adjust your child's biological clock during the holidays because they stay up late to watch dramas and play games, and start to arrange food and living according to the school schedule in advance. 3. Parents should pay attention to adjusting their children's diet structure before and after the start of school, regular and quantitative three meals, and prepare high-quality breakfasts for children every day to provide enough energy for efficient learning. 4. 3. 2.
