The online car market obtained a set of road test photos of the Wuling Hongguang MINIEV convertible version, the new car is the first open-top model of Wuling Hongguang, positioned as a miniature pure tram, and the mass production version will be delivered as soon as the second quarter. Through spy photos, the road test model is different from the details of the previous official release, such as wheel shape, soft canopy color, door shape, etc. In terms of price, with reference to the price of the current macaron top match (48,600 yuan), the starting price of the convertible version may be around 60,000 yuan.
In terms of appearance, the new car is based on the MINI EV macaron model, the overall or familiar square box shape, and the use of black soft-top convertible structure. The headlights have been optimised for detail, and the lower bumpers have been designed with contrasting colours to highlight their personality. In terms of tail, the new taillights use the "X" element of the light group shape, which is more recognizable than the current model. A metal frame is placed behind the seats in the car, probably considering the safety of soft-top models.
In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with a single motor with a maximum power of 30 kW, which is significantly improved compared to the single motor with a maximum power of 20 kW for the current model series; in addition, the new car will use lithium iron phosphate battery pack.
