Beverly Hills police recently arrested three suspects who have committed a series of armed robberies in and surrounding cities, and four others are still at large.
Detectives and SWAT officers from the Beverly Hills Police Department conducted arrests last week in Hemet, Banning and Winchester around Los Angeles, arresting Jeremy Hays, 19, Ronald Christopher Mendez-Cantu Jr, 19, and a 15-year-old boy.
Police said they carried out a series of armed robberies in Beverly Hills and other southern California cities during 2021.
When police searched their residence, they found several pieces of evidence linking them to criminal acts, including a semi-automatic pistol that had been illegally modified.
The three are currently jailed on suspicion of robbery and conspiracy with bail of $100,000.
Police said four other suspects are still at large in the investigation. They were Darrell Skakhan Hollawayne, Jr., 21, Mahmoud Fathi Salah, 19, Desmond Jay Hines, 20, and Dmari Josiah Beed, 20.
Police said they should be considered armed and dangerous.
