Jiangsu Disease Control Important Reminder!

In severe cases, loss of appetite, sleep disturbances, and inattention may also occur. Especially in children who are self-demanding, have excellent academic performance, are weakly adaptable, and are not good at socializing.

Response

1. Adjust the biological clock holiday, many students stay up late because of watching TV series and playing online games, sleeping late and getting up late, the biological clock is confused, and it must be adjusted before the start of school, and it is necessary to arrange food and living according to the school's schedule. After getting up in the morning, carry out appropriate physical exercise to ensure that there is a strong energy after the start of school.

2. Before the start of the school, it is necessary to purchase necessary learning tools such as reference books and teaching aids, and students whose conditions permit can help some students with family difficulties to cultivate their sense of social responsibility. Lower grade students can prepare learning and daily necessities accompanied by their parents, and senior students should wash their clothes, shoes and hats, etc., and make preparations before the start of school.

3. Divert attention Most of the students' holidays are mainly rest and entertainment, supplemented by learning, teachers and parents have not intervened too much, before the start of school, students are often unsatisfied with TV programs and games, at this time, students should accept the opinions of parents, take the initiative to restrain themselves, shift their attention to learning, check which homework needs to be improved, which knowledge is still vague, and consult classmates and teachers in time.

4. Students who know the new from the past must first arrange the time to "learn the new from the past". Such as reviewing the English words, mathematical formulas, laws of physics, etc. learned in the previous semester, awakening the memory stored in the brain; formulating a feasible learning plan in advance, and preparing the knowledge of the new semester in advance, which is also the most important link. Through pre-study, you can have a preliminary understanding of the content you will learn, so that you can listen to the lecture with emphasis and purpose, especially the knowledge that you can't understand by self-study, pay more attention to the teacher's analysis and reasoning, learn the correct way of thinking, and make some notes on the key knowledge points and knowledge structure in the text.

Children's "school anxiety disorder" is a normal phenomenon, just like adults do not want to go to work after a long vacation, this phenomenon can not be ignored, but also can not be underestimated, as long as the child adjusts hard, and then cooperate with parents to guide wittily, teachers teach scientifically, students can "close their hearts" as soon as possible, and will start a new journey with more enthusiasm.
