Hungry: The pilot changed the rider delivery time to flexible time, and prohibited the forced transfer of individual businesses

Ele.me released the "2022 Blue Rider Development and Security Report" on February 14, saying that Ele.me promised to resolutely implement the requirements of "algorithm selection", and never to the strictest algorithm and the lowest time limit.

The minimum delivery time is not adopted, and all estimated delivery time within a short distance shall not be less than 30 minutes. In cities with complex terrain or special traffic, the estimated delivery time should not be less than 40 minutes to avoid excessive pursuit of speed.

The Ele.me pilot adjusted the rider's estimated delivery time from the original "point in time" to a flexible "time period". Distribution problems caused by non-riders, as well as some special scenarios, such as: bad weather, road closures, holiday bursts, etc., if the rider has abnormal evaluations such as overtime, the relevant evaluations will be excluded.

In terms of overtime, bad evaluation and other assessments, Ele.me has gradually abolished the single-by-order penalty for riders and changed it to a rate value assessment for a certain time period. And when the user makes a bad review, the staff will assess whether the bad review is established, and if there is no problem with the rider service, the bad review will not be issued.

Ele.me prohibits any form of inducing or forcing riders to turn into individual industrial and commercial households to circumvent the responsibility of the employing entity.
