First of all, to study this piece of jade, enlarge it 10 times and then look at it to find that it is warm and dense, the surface is full of waxy grease luster, it is a typical Xiuyan Yuhe abrasive in the amphibolite fiber interwoven structure of jade, somewhat similar to the characteristics of Hetian topaz. Most of the jade carving materials in the Hongshan culture period are Xiuyan jade, so from the material point of view, it is in line with the characteristics of Hongshan culture. Secondly, there are many reddish-brown spots on the surface of jade carving, forming a layer of pulp in the shell, which is a feature of ancient jade.
Finally, experts found that the drilling method of jade carving was very primitive, and it used a two-way drilling process. The specific iron tools that did not drill holes in that period were all handmade so that the groove spacing of the drill marks inside the drilled holes was inconsistent, and the drill positions on both sides were not completely symmetrical, and it had the characteristics of large and small on both sides. After observation, this jade carving just fits the characteristics of this process. After analysis, experts finally identified it as a genuine humanoid jade carving in the early days of the Hongshan culture.
Experts said that at present, the jade carving of Hongshan culture is very popular in the international market, and the price of an ordinary collection is millions, even if it is almost 800,000 or so. This humanoid jade carving is a fine product in terms of shape and material, and combined with the auction, the valuation of the jade carving is 1.5 million. At the beginning, the famous watch with a value of hundreds of thousands of dollars was exchanged for the real value!
