Through this model, 10 varieties of special agricultural products in 3 categories have been developed, such as whole donkey feast, spiced donkey meat, pure handmade Ejiao cake, pure fresh donkey milk, and donkey hoof pendants. The base has absorbed a total of 64 people from 57 poor households for employment, and has driven more than 600 rural households in surrounding villages and towns to increase their income and generate income, and has paid more than 6 million yuan in labor wages in five years. These high-quality agricultural products are not only sold at a supermarket chain in Xining City, but also sold online in business districts such as China Overseas Property, "Youyoujia" sales platform and "832" consumption platform, and have been well received by customers for their excellent quality.

It is grown organically without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, ensuring the quality and safety of the garlic. One-headed garlic is plump and spicy, and is deeply loved by consumers.

The first phase of the base project covers an area of 580 acres, with a total investment of 7.835 million yuan, of which 5 million yuan is invested in the east-west cooperation project. In accordance with the innovative operation mode of "company + cooperative + base + farmer", with the village joint-stock economic cooperative as the main body, cooperating with enterprises, making full use of the advantages of organic planting base, successfully built the largest plateau organic garlic planting base in the province, and actively committed to building a well-known brand of "plateau organic garlic". It is gratifying that the garlic, fresh broad beans and red beets have successfully obtained the organic certification of United States, the European Union, the Japan and China. In this project, Yanchang Village has increased its annual collective income by more than 50,000 yuan, and at the same time increased the income of farmers and poverty alleviation households through land transfer and base work, with an average income of 2,600 yuan and a per capita income of more than 720 yuan, which has effectively driven the local people to increase their income and become rich, and injected strong impetus into rural development.
