According to court documents, in August and October 2016, Wong lent two loans to Minnor International Finance Limited ("Minnor"), with a one-year maturity of HK$100 million and a three-month term of HK$50 million respectively, with an annualized interest rate of up to 24%. In November 2018, Minnuo transferred Huang Youlong's loan and its corresponding rights and interests to the plaintiff Wanhui.

Huang Youlong dragged on the money that should have been repaid in a year, and the interest incurred during the period was as high as HK$140 million, plus the principal and interest, totaling about HK$300 million. The guarantors of both loans were Kui Yufeng, so the plaintiff was required to pay off the relevant money together with Huang Youlong.

But Huang Youlong's lesser-known business is the gaming industry, and he has intersected with Malaysian gambling king Lam Guotai (the actual controller of Genting Singapore Group), "overseas gambling king" Yang Zhizhi and "Saipan gambling king" Ji Xiaobo.

According to the investigation of the well-known financial journalist Zhou Yuanzheng, Huang Youlong once acted as an "intermediary" to introduce Lin Guotai to Yang Zhizhi, which promoted the cooperation between the two sides to open a resort and casino project on Jeju Island in South Korea. At that time, Yang Zhizhi also gave Huang Youlong a "thank you gift" worth 100 million Hong Kong dollars.

In addition to Jeju Island, Huang Youlong also set his sights on saipan in the United States, where Huang Youlong and Ji Xiaobo had more direct business dealings.

In November 2015, UBM Pacific (1076. HK) opened a temporary casino in Saipan, and as soon as it opened, the business was booming, enlisting a large number of billionaires, capital tycoons and super brokers.

Just three months after the temporary casino was established, on 2 February 2016, Hwang Youlong's SW Holdings (00361, HK) announced that it would spend HK$236 million to acquire the Lucky Fountain Group for the Saipan plot to prepare for the construction of a hotel. At the same time, Huang Youlong and Zhao Wei also planned a "snake swallowing elephant" acquisition in the mainland capital market. In December 2016, the two raised 1.5 billion yuan from the company under the "special cat meat" with their own funds of 60 million yuan, using 50 times the leverage to leverage the 3 billion Yuanjia culture, posing a challenge to market rules.
