Recently, the first domestic liquid rocket cryogenic propellant storage box HOETS production line was laid in Qingdao. This production line is invested and constructed by Shanghai Huanyu Qiankun Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 550 million yuan in the first phase of the project, which can be fully put into operation before the fourth quarter of 2022, providing the production capacity of rocket core equipment for the whole industry.
Huanyu Aerospace Liquid Rocket Tank HOETS Production Line Project is the first rocket propellant tank production line in mainland China to realize the streamlined weld design of rocket tanks and the manufacture of short processes, including 5 independent innovation patent technologies and 4 integrated innovative patent technologies, which can meet the processing requirements of liquid rocket tanks with a diameter of less than 4.2 meters and a single length of less than 30 meters, and can be compatible with a variety of high-strength aluminum alloy storage box structural materials.
The first phase of the project covers a total area of 53,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 81,000 square meters, and the construction period is expected to be 10 months. After the completion of this production line, it will produce 40 or 80 tank parts and components of the liquid rocket cryogenic propellant tank every year.
