According to reports, the Peking Opera "The World Returns to the Heart" is taken from the "Left Biography" "Zheng Boke Duan Yu Yan", and the prototype is the Peking Opera Folding Zi Drama "Digging the Ground to See the Mother". From a 20-minute folding play to the entire Peking Opera of nearly two and a half hours, the music of this play excavates the strengths of various genres of Peking Opera, and absorbs and draws on the music of other northern operas and operas, combined with the music of Peking Opera, the music creation reflects the spirit of inheriting reform, keeping right and innovating. Zhu Shaoyu, a famous opera musician, composed music for the play, and Chen Lincang, Gao Guangjian, Xing Xin, Lan Ling, Feng Jiangzhou, Zhang Lin and other leading figures in various stage technology and art categories also joined in. In terms of actors, Meng Guanglu, Shi Yihong, Chen Shaoyun, Zhu Shihui, Li Mingyan and other famous pear garden artists are brought together.
In the pre-performance guided tour of this online performance, Li Yangwei, host of Beijing Radio and Television Station, will take the audience into this Peking Opera drama, talk to Gao Guangjian, stage director of the National Centre for the Performing Arts and stage designer of "The World Returns to the Heart", and interpret the stage design of this play for the audience; the famous opera musician Zhu Shaoyu will bring an introduction to the music creation part through the video; and the famous Peking Opera artist Meng Guanglu will also bring holiday blessings. In addition, the general director Zhang Yimou and the late Peking Opera performance artist Li Mingyan, who starred in the play at the age of 80, will also be unveiled in the guided tour section with precious video materials left in the creation and rehearsal stages. It is reported that this performance will be provided by CCTV network ultra-high-definition broadcast signal, the National Centre for the Performing Arts classical music channel and a number of network platforms synchronous broadcast.
