2. Recruitment conditions

(1) Basic conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China and support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China;

(2) Those who have any of the following circumstances must not apply for the examination

1. Academic qualifications and professional restrictions: college degree, law major; undergraduate degree, no restriction on major; graduate degree, no restriction on major (no written test).

2. Familiar with official writing, have certain word processing capabilities, and be able to skillfully operate and use computers and various office software.

3. For those who have worked in the court for more than five years, the age is relaxed to 35 years old (born after January 1, 1987), with special skills or those who have received commendations during the work period, the age can also be appropriately relaxed, and at the same time, the personal court work experience certificate needs to be provided.

(2) 15 judicial auxiliary police officers (10 males and 5 females), post code 1002

1. Academic qualifications and professional restrictions: college degree or above, major is not limited;

2. Physical and mental health, good facial features, no obvious features and defects on the face, no stuttering, no color blindness, no tattoos;

3. Male height is more than 175 cm, female height is more than 165 cm.

4. Recruitment procedures

(2) Registration and qualification review

1. The recruitment application adopts the method of online registration.

The registration period is from 9:00 on February 10, 2022 to 17:00 on February 14, 2022.

Candidates log in to the http://www.zyksy.com register, enter the registration system from the online registration portal, fill in personal registration information and apply for positions as required, and each person can only apply for one position.

2. Qualification review: After the registration deadline, the online qualification preliminary examination of the applicants will be carried out synchronously and uniformly. Candidates can log in to the http://www.zyksy.com to check whether they have passed the qualification review.

(3) Examination and admission

1. The clerk examination is divided into a written examination and an interview;

2. The judicial auxiliary police examination is divided into a written test, an interview and a physical fitness test;

3. The time, place, method and other related matters of the examination will be notified separately.

(4) Physical examination

According to the comprehensive score of the candidates from high to low, the list of physical examination personnel is determined according to the ratio of 1:1.2 of the number of recruits, and the physical examination is carried out uniformly in the designated hospital, and the physical examination fee is borne by itself.

(5) Inspection

After passing the physical examination, the inspection is mainly to check whether there is a situation that cannot be applied for the examination as described in the recruitment conditions of this announcement. Those who have the above circumstances are determined to be unqualified for examination and will not be hired.

(6) Recruitment

According to the results of physical examination and inspection, the list of personnel to be hired is determined and publicized, and the publicity period is 3 days.

If the recruited personnel fail to report at the prescribed time and place, they shall be deemed to have automatically abandoned their employment qualifications, and the vacancies shall be filled in order from the highest to the lowest according to the comprehensive results.

(7) The form and place of employment

The form of employment is labor dispatch. After determining the candidate for employment, the probationary period is one month, and after the probationary period expires, the labor contract is signed with the corresponding labor dispatch company in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Law, the Labor Contract Law and other relevant provisions.

The working place is the People's Court of Zhengzhou Area of Henan Pilot Free Trade Zone.

(8) Employment and treatment

1. Probationary period: the salary is not lower than the minimum basic wage in Zhengzhou.

2. Treatment after regularization: Refer to the government's standards for purchasing services, and pay five social insurances such as pension, work injury, unemployment, medical care, and maternity.
