According to the new joint venture contract, from February 11, 2022, the BMW Group's shareholding in BMW Brilliance will be changed to 75%, and the remaining 25% of the shares will be indirectly held by its partner Brilliance China Automotive Holdings Co., Ltd.

In the past year, the BMW Group delivered a total of 846237 BMW and MINI models, an increase of 8.9% year-on-year, and the total sales volume ranked first in the domestic luxury car market.

It is understood that bmw group will sell 5 pure electric vehicle models in China in 2022, namely iX, iX3, i3, 3 series pure electric and pure electric flagship BMW i7. By the end of 2023, the BMW Group will offer around 13 pure electric products in the Chinese market.
