My favorite 3DS game is the fourth "Extreme Escape"

Today I will continue to share my favorite 3DS game series, the Extreme Escape series.

The "Extreme Escape" series is a major classic work of Kotaro Yue, although it is not as good as "Remember11", "Ever17", "Never7" and other games, but the "Extreme Escape: 999" on the NDS is also regarded as a classic by countless people, and the series also has two works on the 3DS, and today I will share these two works.

(The core spoiler section will be shown in bold, beware of spoilers)

Extreme Escape: The Death of the Good

"Death of a Good Man" as a relay work of the Extreme Escape Trilogy, its quality is very outstanding, at the end we can see that the heart of the off-road is very large, vowing to create a limit escape universe.

In this game, thanks to the improvement of the function, the game has a variety of better expressive 3D chambers, and the exquisite puzzle design and the final reversal are refreshing.

Although I did not think of developing a sequel when I developed the first game, the production and script of this work are really the best in the past, and I have a connection with the 1st generation, and I have dug a lot of holes for the 3rd generation to fill.

The following is a core ruse spoiler, so watch with caution:

In this work, the most critical narrative trick is that we always think that the protagonist is a young man in his 20s, and even the protagonist himself does not know that he is actually an old man in his 60s.

Players have been misled by the game's time tricks to figure out specific time points in the real world, when in fact the protagonist Sigma is a 20-something soul who travels into a 60-something body.

There is no description of the appearance of the protagonist in the plot, and there are no mirrors and other facilities in the room, until the truth is revealed, we find out why the heroine keeps calling the male protagonist a stinky old man.

At the end of the story, a big secret is revealed, connecting the story to an experiment in the third part of "Extreme Escape 3: Zero Hour Dilemma", which makes us look forward to the sequel.

However, it is a pity that the sequel made players wait for many years before it came out, and the quality is even more difficult to say.

Limit Get Out 3: Zero Hour Dilemma

This work is the finale of the series, and it is also a work with a slightly bad ending.

Why did this game end badly? Because the producer originally planned to end the entire story of the series in the 2nd generation, and the reason why there will be 3 generations is entirely in response to the player's voice (who let you leave such a big suspense at the end of the 2nd generation!). And hit Kotaro Echikoshi's fight to complete the crowdfunding and start production.

It is also because of the reasons mentioned above that the final presentation of this work is completely inferior in quality to the previous two works: the game is full of inferior 3D modeling, the personality of the previous game has changed dramatically, and the plot of the self-release (the brain hole is not large), and the playing experience always feels full of the author's bad taste.

There are also flaws in the script, some of the preparations for the ending of the previous game have even disappeared without a trace, and the final reversal is not clever, which makes people feel a little far-fetched.

What bothers us the most about this extreme escape is who Q really is, after all, our task is to find Q and destroy his plan, and the player has been misled during the game Q is a strange kid wearing a hood.

The child's name is also Q

The protagonist of the game suddenly pointed his finger at me in front of the screen and shouted, "The murderer is you!" "Just when we thought the game had some wonderful workout.....

Only to know that Q turned out to be an old man who has never been mentioned in the game, he is in a wheelchair, pretending to be dumb and does not speak, so everyone ignores him, but he is actually always there, sometimes the game will also look at the characters from his point of view, and there will be a shadow of a suspected wheelchair, and the player observes everything that happens in the game from his point of view.

This is the biggest core trick of this game.

In addition, the N endings in the game are also brain-opening, which is left to interested friends to experience on their own.

Whether it's Extreme Escape 2 or Extreme Escape 3, there are a lot of things to talk about in addition to my spoilers above.

Although "Extreme Escape 3" is not satisfactory, I still like the series of games very much, at least in "Extreme Escape 3" the return of the characters from the previous game is very surprising to me, and I also like the screenwriter Hitakoshi Kotaro and his series of works.

Just want to complain, just 2 years of time, you have changed too much Chunping ah!

I strongly recommend that friends who have not played it try it, and the quality of "AI: Dream Files" of the teacher is very high in recent years, and this year will soon be a sequel, and the role of the previous game will also appear in the sequel, and the little Lori of the previous game grew up to become the protagonist in the sequel, I am very much looking forward to it!

I don't know if any of my friends like to play the game of the teacher as much as I do?
