This year, the whole city seized the opportunity, forged ahead, anchored the "14th Five-Year Plan" goal without relaxing, determined high-quality development without wavering, overall planning of epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development achieved remarkable results, economic development to achieve "acceleration", "manufacturing city" brand brighter, high-quality development of endogenous power is stronger, the city's industrial structure, urban spatial structure, ecological spatial structure, fiscal and taxation structure continues to optimize, the people's sense of gain is more sufficient, high-quality well-off society was fully completed as scheduled, and the "14th Five-Year Plan" achieved a good start ...... This year, the CPPCC Municipal Committee actively implemented the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the requirements of the municipal party committee, took a clear-cut stand in taking vigorously grasping implementation as the main theme of CPPCC work, regarded the study and education of the CPC's party history as a major political task, laid a solid foundation for "study," grasped the key to "doing," and highlighted the effect of "realism," further enhanced the "four consciousnesses," strengthened the "four self-confidences," achieved "two safeguards," resolutely defended the "two establishments," adhered to the two major themes of unity and democracy, and gave full play to the role of special consultative bodies.
