Warm congratulations to Shanwei Bozhu Charity Association for obtaining the public fundraising qualification of charitable organizations

On December 9, 2021, Shanwei Bozhu Charity Association obtained the "Public Fundraising Qualification Certificate for Charitable Organizations" issued by the Civil Affairs Bureau of Shanwei, Guangdong Province, which is a milestone harvest of Shanwei Bozhu Charity Association.

Since its establishment in August 2013, with the strong support of the Shanwei Civil Affairs Bureau, the Shanwei Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League and relevant government departments, as well as the caring enterprises, caring people and Bozhu family, Bozhu Charity Association was awarded the "Guangdong Provincial Lei Feng Volunteer Service Advanced Typical Best Service Organization" in 2018, the "Guangdong Provincial Lei Feng Volunteer Service Typical Best Service Organization" in 2019, and the Shanwei Municipal Finance Bureau in July 2019. The Shanwei Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation was confirmed as the 2019 municipal non-profit organization tax exemption qualification unit in Shanwei City, and in August 2019, it was confirmed by the Shanwei Municipal Finance Bureau, the Shanwei Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, and the Shanwei Civil Affairs Bureau as the pre-tax deduction qualification for donations of public welfare social groups in Shanwei City in 2019, and won the "Seventh Guangdong Volunteer Service Bronze Award (Collective)" in December 2020, and the Shanwei Civil Affairs Bureau conducted a grade assessment of social organizations in Shanwei City in March 2021. Shanwei Bozhu Charity Association was rated as a 3A organization.

In accordance with the requirements of relevant policies and regulations such as the Charity Law of the People's Republic of China, at the meeting of the Board of Directors on July 10, 2020, the development strategy adjustment was made to the Bozu Charity Association in a timely manner, and it was decided to apply for public fundraising qualifications, in order to seek more cooperation, drive more forces, and serve the society to a greater extent and help people in need.

The acquisition of public fundraising qualifications is both an recognition and a requirement, which indicates that bozu charity associations will have higher professional and professional requirements in the future, especially in strengthening internal management, information openness and transparency, and improving professional level, etc. Bozu charity will strictly follow the requirements of the "Charity Law of the People's Republic of China", legally, compliantly, openly and transparently promote public welfare projects and charitable fundraising activities, and continuously strengthen their own construction and further play the role of charitable organizations.

At the same time, Bozu Charity will make full use of public fundraising qualifications, allocate charitable resources more rigorously and scientifically, actively broaden horizons and channels of cooperation, and hope that in the future, it can influence and drive more social enterprises and caring people to care and support charity, gather more social love forces, and promote the healthy development of charity.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 23 of the Charity Law of the People's Republic of China, further strengthen the regulation of the security of financial funds sources and the flow of funds under the clear name system, so that the verification and reconciliation of funds is more thorough and clear. The Association is scheduled to adopt the real-name system of the original account for financial WeChat and public accounts from February 1, 2022, and refuse to accept all collection and transfer funds on behalf of all accounts. At the same time, taking into account the personal privacy problems of some benevolent people who do good deeds without leaving names, they can communicate and confirm the modification of the remarks after the real-name transfer with the only official financial WeChat account identified by the Union, and then publish the donation information.
