Not long ago, during the daily inspection, the community grid staff of Tai'an Road, Xiaobailou Street, found that a tree outside the gate of No. 37 Hubei Road had abnormal noises from time to time, and the crumbling branches were at risk of falling sideways on the road at any time and injuring pedestrians, which was a potential safety hazard.
After learning of this situation, the secretary of the community party committee immediately led the staff to the scene to deal with it, and urgently reported to the greening department for risk removal, and at the same time reminded the passing residents to pay attention to safety. After an on-site investigation, the staff found that there were cracks in the trunk of the tree, which was in danger of lodging, and the tree needed to be cut down.
In order to prevent accidental injuries to residents caused by fallen branches during tree cutting, street leaders and community workers informed residents and passers-by to avoid the felling site before preparing for the operation, and informed residents to remove relevant vehicles in time to ensure the smooth progress of the felling work.
After more than an hour of emergency clearance, accompanied by the sound of "whining" chainsaws, the tilted trees "clicked" and fell, and the potential safety hazards were eliminated.
