He has undertaken 53 national-level projects, 63 provincial-level and ministerial-level projects, published more than 500 high-quality papers in three categories, obtained more than 400 authorized invention patents, won 2 first prizes and 2 second prizes of provincial natural sciences, and transformed a number of core technologies into Qilu Pharmaceutical and other enterprises. He has trained 16 postdoctoral fellows and received 18 funding from China postdoctoral projects; 3 scholars have become highly cited scholars. Incubated 8 high-tech enterprises and created more than 5,000 new jobs. In the past ten years, 82 achievements have been transformed, with a cumulative new output value of 48 billion yuan and economic benefits of 13.5 billion yuan. With local governments and industry enterprises, we have jointly built 4 industrial technology research institutes and 3 provincial technology research and development platforms, with members "one person and two posts", all stationed in enterprises to solve technical problems.
