In order to conscientiously implement the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly", in accordance with the spirit of the "Implementation Plan for Accidental Injury Insurance for the Elderly in the Alxa League" (A Zheng Zheng Fa [2024] No. 47), Ejin Naqi carries out the work of accidental injury insurance for the elderly, and the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Insurance object: the elderly who have household registration in Ejinaqi, are over 60 years old (inclusive) as of April 30, 2024 (inclusive).
2. Insurance liability: If the insured suffers death, disability or hospitalization due to accidental injury nationwide (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), the insurer shall pay the accidental death insurance benefit, accidental disability insurance benefit or accidental medical insurance benefit to the insured in accordance with the insurance contract and agreement. Accidental injuries include accidental injuries occurring indoors, outdoors and in public places (such as bumps, falling objects, falling while walking, electric shocks, drowning, etc.), as well as accidental injuries occurring in the course of taking transportation, participating in activities in public places, staying in nursing homes, traveling, and normal production activities.
3. Insurance period: May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025.
4. Insurance amount and premium: The total insurance amount is 25,000 yuan/person, including 20,000 yuan for accidental death and disability, and 5,000 yuan for accidental medical treatment (including outpatient and hospitalization).
Insurance premium: 15 yuan/person/year (fully borne by the government) In addition, according to the wishes of the elderly, individuals can also fully fund the purchase of up to 3 copies of the accident insurance product.

VI. Claim Process:
(1) Claim report. In the event of an insured event, the report is made by telephone. Call the customer service hotline of the insurance company or call the local service staff (Ejin Naqi acceptance phone 0483-6969884) to receive claim guidance.
(2) Claim settlement materials. The original and photocopy of the identity certificate of the insurer; Original or photocopy of medical expense invoice, list of expenses; Complete medical records and discharge summaries of hospitalization; Proof of diagnosis; Certificate of accident (traffic accident, natural disaster); A copy of the insured's bank account. When the insured dies due to accidental injury, the beneficiary can handle the claim with relevant materials.
(3) Statute of limitations. For cases where the facts are clear and the materials are complete, the case will be closed within 2 days for simple cases and 3 days for regular cases, and the compensation will be paid within 5-10 working days after the case is concluded.
(4) Disability evaluation. If the insured is physically disabled due to accidental injury, after the completion of treatment, a hospital of grade 2 or above or other medical institutions or appraisal institutions recognized by both the insured and the insurer shall issue materials that can prove the degree of disability of the insured. If one of the insurers and the policyholder has any objection to the determination of the degree of disability, the appraisal results of the judicial appraisal agency shall prevail.
(5) Handling of special circumstances. If the insured has more than two accidents in the same year, he or she can apply for compensation, but the expenses incurred by the same injury caused by the same accident will not be claimed repeatedly.
