Japan Game Week Sales 2022.1.31~2.6 "Pokémon Legend Of Al Zeus" won the second consecutive championship

Fami Tong announced the sales of games in Japan in the new week (2022.1.31 ~ 2.6), and after the new "Pokémon" series "Pokémon Legend of Arcus" made a stunning debut with 1.425 million copies in the first week, the game still sold 359,000 sales in the second week, achieving the second consecutive sales volume, and it is expected that the cumulative physical sales in Japan will exceed 2 million copies next week.

In the top 30 of this week's Japanese sales list, all but two places are Switch games, and these two places are the PS4 version and the PS5 version of the new game "The Battle of the Lost Light 2" respectively, occupying the second and sixth places in the list with sales of 24,000 and 13,000 respectively, which is a very good result.

The third to fifth in the list are still the old faces of "Mario Party Superstar", "Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Edition", "Nintendo Star Smash Bros. Special Edition", which sold 17,000, 14,000 and 13,000 copies respectively. With Nintendo facing the new track season ticket of "Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Edition" announced this week, it is expected that the next week's sales list will be further ranked.
