The total investment of the project is about 298 million yuan, including three sub-projects (2 stock projects, 1 new project), the stock projects are Yanling County Environmental Protection Sewage Treatment Plant (design scale of 30,000 tons / day), Yanling County Environmental Protection Sewage Treatment Plant Second Sewage Treatment Plant (design scale of 20,000 tons / day), it is planned to adopt TOT (transfer - operation - transfer) operation mode, the operation period of 30 years (until 30 years from the date of operation specified in the commercial operation letter confirmed by the implementing agency). The new project is the third sewage treatment project in Yanling County (design scale of 20,000 tons / day), and the project is planned to adopt the BOT (construction-operation-handover) operation mode. The construction period is 1 year, and the operation period is 29 years (the operation period is 29 years from the date of commercial operation. If the construction period is adjusted, the project concession period will also be adjusted accordingly, and the operating period will remain unchanged for 29 years).
