On February 10, the Department of Transportation of Henan Province issued the "Second Public Participation in the Environmental Impact Assessment of the Anyang-Xinxiang Expressway from Anyang to Hebi".
According to public information, the high-speed project starts from the north side of Dongzhangwu Village, Qugou Town, Yindu District, Anyang City, and ends on the south side of Shangcao Village, at the intersection with Hehui Expressway, with a total length of about 54.47 kilometers, passing through Yindu District, Long'an District, Hebi City, Heshan District, Qibin District and QiXian County of Anyang City. The whole line has 1351.2m/1 bridge, 11740.9m/35 bridge, 676.5m/11 middle bridge, 18 culverts, 2840m/2 tunnels, 1 long tunnel and 1 middle tunnel, 7 interchangeable three-dimensional intersections, 3815 meters/10 separate interchanges, 3304.3 meters/12 main lines in the interchange area, 1 service area, 4 ramp toll stations, 1 maintenance work area, 1 monitoring center, and 1 tunnel management office. The total investment of the project is about 7.5 billion yuan.
On both sides of the project's construction site, residents or groups that may be affected by the project. The main matters for soliciting comments are environmental issues that are of concern in the construction and operation of projects (involving land requisition and demolition, property, employment, etc., which are not related to the project's environmental impact assessment, are not included in the solicitation of comments).
