On February 10, the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the "Notice on the Creation Of the List of Henan Digital Transformation Promotion Centers (The First Batch)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"), and 15 digital transformation promotion centers declared and built by Henan Digital Zhongyuan Technology Co., Ltd. were selected as the first batch of provincial-level digital transformation promotion centers, including 5 regional, 6 industry-based and 4 enterprise-type.
It is reported that the digital transformation promotion center refers to an organization led by digital economy-related enterprises, colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, industry associations and other entities, facing the digital transformation needs of upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain and small and medium-sized enterprises in the industry, integrating public service platforms, service providers, talents, finance and other resources, and providing enterprises and society with services including demand matching, transformation consulting, solutions, collaborative innovation and other services, mainly including regional, industry and enterprise.
The regional digital transformation promotion center has the technical, product or service capabilities to promote the digital transformation of enterprises; can provide consulting services such as diagnosis and evaluation, planning and design, solutions, training and guidance for the digital transformation of enterprises; can publish digital transformation policies, typical projects, successful cases, products, services, solutions and enterprise needs on a rolling basis to promote the effective integration of various resources in the region; has a good foundation for industry-university-research cooperation to effectively promote enterprise financing, transformation of innovative achievements and product promotion.
The industry-based digital transformation promotion center has the advantages of strong industrial driving ability and in-depth industry research, and promotes the smooth flow of data information, industry resource sharing and production process coordination of upstream and downstream enterprises in industrial clusters and supply chains.
