The online operation of the system has formed a regulatory mechanism of "one list management system" and "one platform management and issuance", which makes the issuance of subsidy funds open and transparent, and effectively prevents the breeding of corruption.
The Corps carried out a three-month pilot work in the Second division and the seventh division, and after the system was stable and operated, it would be fully promoted to other divisions.
