Therefore, some insiders believe that the re-recruitment of all senior personnel of Changan Automobile is intended to streamline employees.

In this regard, Blue Whale Auto interviewed the relevant person in charge of Changan Automobile, who said: "At present, (re-recruitment) is still in progress, and no results have been obtained. ”

It is understood that the tenure system employment of senior personnel of Changan Automobile will be carried out through the inventory and review of human resource allocation throughout the company, and the general manager-level personnel of all secondary units of the company will be dismissed and re-hired first. In addition to considering the ability of the job position, the adjustment of the employment system will also be comprehensively examined from the dimensions of cadre rejuvenation, knowledge structure, and personality characteristics, providing growth opportunities for "outstanding cadres who have the courage to innovate, take the initiative to take responsibility, dare to work hard, are good at learning, identifying with and practicing Chang'an's leading culture".

For the work of the tenure system promoted this time, Zhu Huarong, chairman of Changan Automobile, stressed that this is an inevitable requirement for deepening the reform of the three systems of state-owned enterprises and increasing the reform of the market operation mechanism, an inevitable requirement for achieving high-quality development of the company's transformation and upgrading, and also an important measure to fully stimulate the enthusiasm of cadres and employees to be brave and good at work, and to create a realistic and pragmatic atmosphere for officials to start a business. The company will create a fair and just, open and transparent, energetic selection and recruitment situation, through the adjustment and transformation of talent structure, truly stimulate the vitality of cadres and employees, establish a team of young cadres who dare to innovate, dare to take responsibility, and want officers to be able to do things, promote and ensure the achievement of strategies, and achieve a win-win situation between the company's value and the value of employees.

According to the data of the Association, in 2021, Changan Automobile's cumulative sales volume for the whole year was about 2.3005 million units, an increase of 14.82% year-on-year. Among them, the annual sales of Changan Chinese brand cars exceeded 1.75 million units, an increase of 16.7% year-on-year; the annual sales of Changan Chinese brand passenger cars exceeded 1.2 million units, up 23.1% year-on-year, ranking third among independent brands.

Therefore, some insiders believe that Changan Automobile's dismissal of all senior personnel and re-recruitment of posts is a key step towards marketization.
