"Xiyue Huashan Temple Stele" Eastern Han Heng Emperor Yanxi eight years (165) County Shou Yuan Feng carved. The original stele is in the Huashan Xiyue Temple in Huayin County, Shaanxi. Xiyue Temple was built during the reign of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, named Jiling Palace, and was renamed Xiyue Temple during the reign of Emperor Huan of the Eastern Han Dynasty. The temple preserves many stele stones that have been built and sacrificed to Huashan in the past, including the famous "Xiyue Huashan Temple Stele". When the monument was destroyed in the thirty-fourth year of Ming Jiajing (1555), or the stele stone was destroyed in the middle of the Ming Jiajing year, a county ordered the repair of the stone gate of the Xiyue Temple, which was broken into masonry.
The "Hanxi Yuehua Temple Stele" has been passed down from generation to generation. There are four descendants of the original stone Takumoto, namely "Nagagaki Ben", "Huayin Ben", "Siming Ben", and "Linglong Mountain Pavilion Ben". "Changyuan Ben" is the old collection of Wang Wensun of Changyuan, Hebei, and later returned to the Shang Qiu Song Xing, which was the early ben of Song Tuo, and later belonged to the Nakamura Clan of Japan. The "Huayin Ben" was collected by Dongyun Juzang in Ming And Shaanxi, and was later written by Wang Hong of Huayin, and is now in the Palace Museum in Beijing. The "Linglong Mountain Museum" was collected by ma Rilu and Ma Rizhen brothers linglong mountain museum in the early Qing Dynasty, and later belonged to Li Wentian, and is now stored in the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
The "Hanxi Yuehua Temple Stele" now displayed in the Yangzhou Shigong Ancestral Hall is the sixteenth year of Qing RuanYuan in Jiaqing (1811), according to the "Four Ming Ben", wu Guobao, a famous smith in Suzhou, was asked to engrave it in Yangzhou, and the text written by Ouyang Xiu in the family collection was copied at the missing character of the stele. The monument is 196 cm high and 98 cm wide. The stele is 55 cm high and decorated with lotus petals. The seal book of the stele "Xiyue Huashan Temple Stele" is beautiful and colorful. The inscription has 22 lines and 37 characters.
"Xiyue Huashan Temple Stele" is a jigong mingde, a solemn "temple text", neat and dignified. Its knot body is neat and symmetrical, elegant in temperament, pointillist pitched, and clear and colorful. This stele is written in aurist form, but it has a strong seal meaning and a calligraphy, which is a good product of the Han monument. Jin Nong, a famous scholar of the Qing Dynasty, once praised "Huashan Tablet Stone is our teacher." Ming Guo Zongchang's "History of the Golden Stone" said that he was "a great man of Han Li". Qing Zhu Yizun's "Golden Stone Script Tail" said: "There are three kinds of Han Lifan: one kind of square, one kind of fluent beauty, and one kind of qigu. However, Yan Xi's "Huayue Stele" is becoming obedient, and it is not there, and the length of the three should be the first product of Han Li. ”
