In particular, the ancestor Gao Yongchun is a shining name in the history of Changyuan and the history of the late Ming Dynasty. Gao Yongchun (1531-1609), Ziyuan, Yang Yu. Just a few months after taking office, he asked to resign and return to his hometown. Colleagues were surprised, Gao Yongchun shed tears and said: "I lost my father when I was a child, and I relied on my mother to make a living by weaving, and now my mother is old and has been diligent all her life." If I live in the officialdom for a long time, although I can be promoted and accomplished, then my mother has no one to serve before her knees, when will I be able to repay my mother's nurturing grace?" So fengmu returned to her hometown. A year later, his mother received the Emperor's Watch, and the Yongchun official was reinstated.
"If you are courteous, the people will not dare to be disrespectful." Gao Yongchun took filial piety as the foundation and set an example of being an official.
When he went out to inspect the salt affairs in Hedong, he went to abuse the government, asked about the people's livelihood, pushed for reform, and assassinated the ministers, which temporarily shocked the government and the opposition, and because he offended many ministers, he resigned from the government on the grounds of illness and returned to his post, and lived in seclusion in shaozhai village in the south of Changyuan City.
In the fifteenth year of the Wanli Dynasty (1587), he recommended domestic sages to Chen and Jiao, and used Gao Yongchun as a senator of Guannei Province, but before he could take office, he was promoted to Huailong Military Reserve to Nanyang to participate in politics, Shengyang and Bingbei Dao, and Shanxi as an envoy. After taking office, he made seven things, put an end to bribery, eliminated maladministration, overhauled war equipment, and set an example by personally investigating things. It was recommended as the first in the domestic armament. Soon, he resigned from the government's home, and Jianyi Xuanlou specialized in serving his mother at home.
In addition to his official duties, he immersed himself in his studies and wrote books such as "Guide to Asking Questions", "On Meng Dayi", and "Records of the Words and Deeds of the Three Confucians". His poems, especially the epic poems, are elegant and insightful.

During the Longqing period of the Ming Dynasty, Gao Yongchun was in Beijing as an inspector of imperial history, in order to commend his merits, there was a division for him to repair the "Heavenly Dynasty Pillar Stone" stone arch, the archway was built with the Tun Tu method, Gao Yongchun in order not to disturb the people, in his own back garden to take soil, leaving a large pit, the people called it Gao Pit.

Every year, the Lantern Festival, the cultural "standard" of Changyuan City, is the Gao Hutong Lantern Exhibition.
I remember that every spring festival, people who are bored at home are looking forward to the lantern exhibition. Today, this light exhibition is more prosperous in scale, and it also integrates cultural elements such as the exhibition of calligraphy and painting and the exhibition of historical and cultural materials in Changyuan. In the empty courtyard next to Gao Hutong, pictures of calligraphy and painting works, photos of the ancient city of Changyuan and other pictures are hung, and when you walk in, you will feel a strong smell of books and history. Famous calligraphers and painters and celebrities in the small city explained their works to people, explained the origin of Changyuan's "Phoenix City", and explained Changyuan's "past and present lives". In the Changyuan Gao Clan Ancestral Hall across the road, green smoke is swirling, and the ancestral python robes and jade belts of the Gao clan ancestors in the main hall are like life, and the phoenix crown is beautiful. Let people travel through hundreds of years of dust and smoke, and go back to the depths of history.
During this trip, the body and mind were invigorating, not only enjoying the noise of the festival, but also feeling the strong cultural customs and historical influence. "Cautiously pursue the far away, and the people's morality will return to the thick." Looking at the children's wide and curious eyes, and the young people listening carefully, I knew that the seeds of Changyuan's history and culture were sowing, and the genes of promoting virtue and benevolence, filial piety and love for the elderly in traditional Chinese culture had been implanted in their hearts.
In fact, my earlier memories of Gao Hutong can be traced back more than twenty years. One day after the Spring Festival, I was wandering around the small town, and suddenly I walked to this alley, and saw the portrait of an official who was more than one person tall on the side of the road, as well as the plaque of "History of the Pillars of the Heavenly Dynasty" with gold characters on a black background, and the Changyuan Historical and Cultural Monument Corridor on the south side of the hutong, and the walls were embedded with "Four To Eight Views" poetry tablets, epitaphs and poems of ancestors. For the first time, Nagagaki unfolded its magnificent appearance in front of me.
Nowadays, while running the enterprise, Gao Qingjun has put most of his energy into the preparation of the ancestor Gao Yongchun Memorial Hall, which will be built next to the Gao Yongchun Cemetery, the original appearance of the exhibition and protection of the ancestors' cemetery at the same time, will also build Gao Yongchun Memorial Hall, Changyuan Shangshu Cultural Exhibition Hall, collect Changyuan historical and cultural books, and related porcelain, pottery pieces and other related collections of cultural relics, supplemented by green water plants, small pavilions and long pavilions, free of charge to the public, so that the masses can visit the sages and feel the style of the Ming Dynasty's "Little Changyuan Seven Shangshu". Through this memorial hall, the masses have a place to rest and learn and touch the rich historical and cultural heritage of Changyuan. Confucius said that prudence will eventually lead to the far end, and the people's morality will return to the thick. The completion of this memorial hall will certainly be able to purify the social atmosphere, carry forward the excellent traditional culture, enhance the cultural context of Changyuan, and let Changyuan show greater style in the new era.
"People say that Changyuan is the land of three mountains and the land of gentlemen, and the context is thick, but due to the flooding, the cultural relics of Changyuan have disappeared, and the ruins are nowhere to be found."
