How is the ovulation period calculated in women?
The ovulation period usually occurs about 14 days before the next menstrual period, and the estimation of the ovulation period applies to women with menstrual rules.
Take a woman with a menstrual cycle of 31 days for example: the first day of menstrual bleeding is the first day of the menstrual cycle, and most of the ovulation occurs about 14 days before the next menstrual period, so ovulation is about the 17th day of the menstrual cycle, and 4-5 days before and after this day is the ovulation period.
