Two more deals were made! Nets trade Harden new asking price exposed The Lakers are once again pursuing Hield

On February 10, Beijing time, less than 24 hours before the trading deadline, the NBA has reached two more transactions this past night. The Blazers made another move and made a three-way deal with the Jazz and Spurs; the Heat and Thunder completed the deal, exchanging Octopala for a second-round pick from the Thunder. The Lakers are pursuing Hield again, and the latest asking price for the Nets trade Harden has also been exposed.

According to fameDon Warnaroski, the Blazers, who had already completed two trades before, struck again, getting Jazz forward Ingles. The specific transaction content is as follows:

Jazz gets: Alexander Walker (from the Blazers), Juan Hernangomez (from the Spurs);

Spurs got: Satoransky (from the Blazers), second-round pick in 2027 (from the Jazz);

The Blazers got: Ingles (from the Jazz), Elia Hughes (from the Jazz), and the 2022 second-round pick (from the Jazz, originally from the Grizzlies).

The Trail Blazers see Hughes as one of the team's future puzzle pieces, and Ingles' expiring contract will continue to create offseason salary space for the Blazers, whose final year of contract this season is worth $14 million. Ingles does not rule out the possibility of a future return to Jazz.

The deal saved the Jazz $11 million in luxury taxes, plus they got Alexander Walker, 23, who is expected to fill a gap in the bench scoring organization after Ingles' season reimbursement. Following the deal, the Trail Blazers created $3.2 million worth of deal exceptions, and jazz created deal exceptions worth $9.8 million and $1.5 million, respectively.

So far this season, Ingles has averaged 7.2 points, 2.9 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game, Hughes averaging 3.1 points and 1.2 rebounds per game, Alexander Walker averaging 12.8 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game, Hernangomez averaging 1.1 points and 1.7 rebounds per game, and Satoransky averaging 2.8 points, 2 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game.

The Heat have officially announced that they have traded forward KZ Okpala to the Thunder for a 2026 second-round pick. This second round pick will be from the Thunder, The Lone Ranger or the 76ers, and will be judged based on the conditions of protection at that time.

In addition, the Thunder already have a 2023 first-round pick (from the Heat) obtained through a deal with the Clippers, and the two sides also agreed to postpone this first-round signing to 2025 in this deal negotiation, and to protect this first-round pick (1-14 pick protection). If the 2025 first round of signing protection conditions is triggered, the first round of signing will become unprotected in 2026.

Following the deal, the Heat lowered their salaries to $1.9 million below the luxury tax line, and with changes to the previous first-round picks, teams could use their 2022 or 2023 first-round picks in subsequent deals. So far this season, Okpala has averaged 3.7 points, 2.0 rebounds and 0.7 assists per game.

Jordan Schultz reported that the Nets asked the 76ers to put Both Sebel and Maxi in the trade, and they also wanted Seth Curry, who shot 44 percent from a career three-point range. Philadelphia reporter Jason Dumas said the 76ers refused to include Maxi in the discussions on the Harden-Simmons deal, and the Nets put forward a new asking price for the 76ers: Simmons, Seth Curry, Sable plus Drummond.

The 76ers are hesitating whether to put Seth Curry in the trade. With the exception of Harden, all deal discussions have the potential to send Mills to Philadelphia. Dumas also revealed that 76ers executives have been trying to make other transactions over the phone. The Nets and the 76ers now appear to be in control of the trading market as the rest of the teams wait to see if the domino will fall.

ESPN star Venhorst reported that Harden was pressuring the Nets to trade him and do everything he could to leave Brooklyn. Vinhorst said on the show: "I can't tell you how much Harden wants to be traded, he screams in every possible way ' I don't want to be here, let me get out of here', Harden's basic feeling now is 'I don't want to stay here anymore.'" So far this season, Ha has averaged 22.5 points, eight rebounds and 10.2 assists, and he has missed three consecutive games.

According to Bleacher Report reporter Jake Fischer, the Lakers are still pursuing Hield, and the Lone Ranger has made similar moves. In a previous trade, Hilde was sent to the Pacers by the Kings, who were open to trading Hield again. It also gave the Lakers a new opportunity to pursue Hield.

In the offseason, the Lakers were close to getting Hield through a trade, but eventually they changed their minds and traded with the Wizards to get Westbrook. The outside world widely believes that this is a losing decision for the Lakers. Now, whether the Lakers can get Hield again through a new deal, let's wait and see. So far this season, Hield has averaged 14.4 points, 4 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game, and although the statistics are not eye-catching, he is considered a more suitable player for the Lakers system.
