On February 9, the verdict of the glory company v. a certain evaluation blogger for infringement of the right to reputation was released.

From February to May last year, the digital V "Xiaojiang Review (pseudonym)", which has more than 100,000 fans, released a series of evaluations for honor V40, Play5t, Play 20 and x7 tablet computers. Honor believed that Xiaojiang's publication of content that slandered and defamed Glory products had seriously infringed on Glory's right to reputation, so it sued the court, demanding that Xiaojiang immediately delete the infringing content involved in the case, apologize and compensate for economic losses of 1 million yuan and reasonable expenses for rights protection of 76698 yuan.

During the trial, Xiaojiang confirmed that he had not conducted an actual evaluation of the glory products described on Weibo. On February 9, the Guangzhou Internet Court issued a first-instance judgment ordering Xiaojiang to issue an apology statement at the top of the Weibo account homepage to eliminate the impact and restore its reputation for Glory, and to compensate 60,000 yuan for economic losses and 26,698 yuan for reasonable expenses, a total of 86,698 yuan.
