A few days ago, Qualcomm announced a strategic technical cooperation with Ferrari, and the future Ferrari model will use Qualcomm's Snapdragon digital chassis kit.
Qualcomm will provide a systematic solution for Ferrari's road cars, including ferrari F1 teams as well as Ferrari eSports teams; this partnership aims to accelerate Ferrari's digital transformation. As part of the agreement, Qualcomm and its partners will also work with Ferrari to design, develop and integrate Ferrari's digital cockpit.
Notably, the Snapdragon Digital Chassis Kit will appear in the 2022 F1 Scuderia Ferrari F1-75 car. Ferrari CEO Benedetto Vigna said: "We believe that innovation requires the joint efforts of market leaders. The collaboration with Qualcomm expands our huge potential in digital, automotive and motorsport."
