On February 7, the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism announced the situation of the cultural tourism market during the Spring Festival holiday: from January 31 to February 6, the province received 23.17 million tourists and achieved tourism revenue of 14.68 billion yuan, an increase of 10.5% and 12.3% year-on-year, respectively, and recovered to 74.3% and 67.1% in 2019, respectively; of which 18.07 million tourists in the province, accounting for 78% of the total number of tourists, up 7.4% year-on-year.

During the Spring Festival, the tourism market in our province is mainly based on urban outings and short-distance family visits, and rural tourism, sports and fitness, health and leisure are widely popular. The Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism took the lead in releasing the "Anhui Beautiful Taste and Hundred County Famous Snacks", launched 200 special food courses, 100 special food experience shops, and held the opening ceremony of the food experience block (WeiJie), which was highly sought after by tourists. The province organized more than 500 rural "village evenings" to further increase the "Annual Flavor" of rural tourism, and more than 18 million people watched online.

Public cultural venues are open normally, led by the Provincial Library Alliance, the Museum Alliance, the Cultural Center Alliance and the Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center, and the local linkage organizations "with the fragrance of books for the New Year", "the New Year in the Museum", "the Year of Mass Culture And Joy", and "The Year of The Live Broadcast hometown" have been held in four major sections and more than 3,000 key activities, combining online and offline to create a cultural and tourism feast.

The Beijing Winter Olympics have stimulated the enthusiasm of the public to participate in ice and snow sports and ice tourism, and the Paradise Village Ski Park and Tianzhu Mountain Ski Resort have become an endless stream of tourists, becoming a popular tourist attraction. Hot spring recuperation has also become a hot spot for family outings, and the number of tourists received by key hot spring scenic spots such as Lu'an Steep Sand River, Chaohu Bantang, and Ma'anshan Xiangquan has achieved double-digit growth.
