Li Hui is a post-80s partner at Beijing Shihui Law Firm, born in Liaoning, and graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with both bachelor's and master's degrees. Thin and with a gentle smile, she is often mistaken for a southerner.

Since entering the legal services industry more than a decade ago, Li Hui has been deeply involved in the commercial field, and now her main identity is "transaction lawyer". Looking back on her career over the years, she says, "Helping clients achieve their business goals is the eternal goal of our transaction lawyers. To this end, we must not only build a 'safety embankment' for risk prevention and control, but also build a 'river bridge' to facilitate transactions, and strive to make commercial projects land smoothly and make our business environment more healthy and orderly." ”

Because when she was a child, she thought that the lawyers in TVB's legal dramas were "a bit cool", when she was in college, Li Hui chose the law major of China University of Political Science and Law.

At the master's level, I also studied civil and commercial law because I overheard an "interesting lesson" by chance. Li Hui recalled that once in class, he listened to Professor Zhao Xudong analyze a company litigation case, and the angle he cut into and the way he looked at the problem made him feel very fresh and interesting.

Before graduating, faced with multiple choices, she finally decided to become a full-time lawyer.

"In a sense, I listen to my heart and let interest guide the way forward." Li Hui said.

The heart is ordinary, the self is extraordinary. Now in her early 30s, she is already a unique law firm partner in the industry, active in the forefront of front-line business.

From 2011 to 2016, Li Hui worked at Beijing Global Law Firm and Beijing JunHe Law Firm. At the end of 2016, Li Hui joined Beijing Shihui Law Firm.

Out of its emphasis on talent, Shihui is one of the first law firms in the industry to give a monthly salary of 35,000 yuan. As long as the lawyer is good enough, he can have enough stage to show his talents. When I first entered the industry, a senior once told Li Hui that the pressure on the entire legal profession is relatively large, and if you encounter any difficulties in the practice process, you must strive to adjust your mentality, because once you fail to adjust your state in time, you may miss it when the next opportunity comes.

Wind objects should be looked at for a long time.

"To be a lawyer is to run a long distance, not to pay too much attention to the temporary gains and losses, as well as short-term flowers and applause." After all, lawyers are not businessmen, but technical talents who rely on professional food, professionalism is the foundation of our life, and creating value for customers and society is the long-term way for our career development. Therefore, to be a lawyer, we must first adhere to the bottom line of the law and the basic professional ethics of being a lawyer, and take a long-term view. Lawyers should not only be problem solvers, but also value creators. Li Hui said.

Still water flows deeply. For the future, she hopes that she can continue to move forward steadily.
