Princess Huafei had not been pregnant for many years, not because of Huan Yixiang

Author: Happy

"This year's maple leaves don't seem to be red enough." Then enjoy the summer in the red of Ichijo."

Only in the third episode, Princess Hua contributed "One Blood" to "The Biography of Zhen Huan" with Yi Zhanghong, tilted her head and supported Zhu Cui, threw the veil away, twisted the waist and limbs of the slim fit, and walked away like no one else.

Later, he framed Meizhuang for fake pregnancy, used Wen Yi to compete for favors, killed Chun'er to kill his mouth, and when he looked at it for the first time, he only felt that the piles were full of this woman's bad.

Now, ten years have passed since the launch of "The Biography of Zhen Huan", and looking at Huafei's life, first the glory of flowers, and then the misery of infatuation. Blindly "happy and fragrant", she was childless all her life, and finally despaired and hit the wall to kill herself.

But is that really the case? This harem is fragrant, and the contraceptive effect is really the first time Zhuo Qun? We might as well use the perspective of modern medicine to analyze it.

Before analyzing, we first sorted out Huafei's medical history according to the clues in the plot:

Patient, Nian Shilan, female, 27 years old.

Current medical history: 10 years of marriage, normal life after marriage, no contraception, no pregnancy.

Past History: Past Physical Fitness. Medical miscarriage (details unknown).

Personal history: a history of living in a foreign country in an impermanent year, inhaling "Huanyi incense" all year round.

History of marriage and childbearing: married, pregnant 1 child 0.

Menstrual history: previous menstrual regularity, no abnormal vaginal bleeding.

Family history: Everyone in good health.

Initial diagnosis: infertility

Joyful fragrance, what is the composition?

It is said that the origin of this joyful incense is a proper royal gift. Princess Hua's elder brother Nian Qianyao held military power, and the emperor was jealous, so he rewarded Concubine Hua alone with huan Yixiang, called grace, which was actually contraception.

According to the lines in the play, we know that the reason why Huan Yixiang can contraceptive is because of musk.

As early as the beginning of the nineteenth century, researchers already knew that the main active substance of musk was muskone, chemically known as 3-methylcyclopentadecanone.

Until now, however, few studies on the contraceptive effects of musk have really provided scientific reference.

In 1982, Zhang Chongli of the Chinese Academy of Sciences injected a solution of musk ketone into the skin of the mated female mice and found that muskone could reduce the proportion of pregnancies in mice compared with the control group. However, the study used 3-methylcycloopentadenone, not 3-methylcycloopentadecanone, the main component of natural musk.

At this point, there will certainly be people who question that natural musk is a mixture and that it is not rigorous to study the function with only the main ingredients.

Indeed, some researchers have soaked the ex vivo uterus of rats and rabbits with a natural musk solution and found that the contraction of the smooth muscles of the uterus can be observed when the musk concentration maintains a certain range. But when the concentration continues to rise, the pro-contraction effect disappears again.

The above studies are partially controversial, and the data in such studies are scarce and population experiments are missing, so we cannot yet conclude that musk can be contraceptive.

What's more, any act of talking about efficacy without dosage is a hooligan.

The only studies were subcutaneous injections or direct soaking of muscle tissue. In Zhen Huan's biography, Huan Yixiang is "inhaled and administered".

The way of administration is different, and the absorption dose is a world of difference.

The smoke particles produced by incense burning are easy to deposit in the nasal cavity, and the part that enters the lungs is very small, and the absorption of the nasal mucosa is limited, so there are fewer parts that really work.

In the TV series, in order to highlight the role of Huan Yixiang, Zhen Huan's first small production was designed because of the plot of Huan Yixiang's blessing.

However, Cao Qinmo, a minion of Concubine Hua, often went in and out of Yikun Palace, but also gave birth to Princess Wenyi safely - so the crux of the matter may not be in this Huanyixiang.

Behind Huafei's infertility

Let's take a look at common female infertility factors.

What is known includes pelvic diseases (such as tubal lesions, uterine adhesions, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, etc.) and ovulation disorders (such as polycystic ovary syndrome, premature ovarian failure, etc.).

Because Princess Hua had successfully conceived, congenital infertility factors were temporarily excluded.

Although we can't go back to "The Biography of Zhen Huan" to give Huafei a B ultrasound, there are two causes that are highly questionable. The greatest likelihood is secondary infertility due to medical abortion.

When she was still in the palace, Concubine Hua was pregnant with a child. Later, she gave birth to a bowl of "placenta pills" and never conceived a child again.

HuaFei said that it was a male fetus that had been formed, which showed that the month was not small. Statistics show that miscarriage is a major contributor to secondary infertility, and the larger the month, the greater the harm to the mother.

Therefore, it is not excluded that the miscarriage caused damage to Huafei's reproductive system (such as uterine adhesions, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, etc.), resulting in secondary infertility.

Of course, we do not rule out spiritual factors.

As we all know, Princess Hua's mood has been bad for a long time. The emperor who thinks about it day and night can't wait, the "little fox charmer" in the palace always has a favor, and the old lady of the queen is not comfortable.

No need to find fame scenes

Studies have shown that anxious-depressive states are an important factor in infertility; according to statistics in many parts of the world, about 20% of infertile women have a psychologically related condition.

Anxiety caused by infertility can also further cause endocrine disorders, which in turn affect the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis, making it more difficult for women to conceive.

Therefore, mental factors are also one of the causes of Huafei's infertility to be screened.

Does the problem must be with Concubine Hua?

It is worth mentioning that infertility is not necessarily a unilateral factor, and we cannot leave out the differential diagnosis of the emperor.

At the beginning of the game, we were told that "the most important thing for the royal family is to spread the branches".

However, in the TV series, after the draft, the emperor's heirs are still thin. Although the efforts of the fetal squad are indispensable, the queen and her party put aside the harem every day to play with human cubs. However, counting carefully with my fingers, I didn't get pregnant with a few.

The three brothers and the fourth brother were all born in the royal palace, and Wen Yi was also born at the beginning of the emperor's ascension to the throne, which is an early product.

Starting from the plot of "The Biography of Zhen Huan", the orthodox emperor's bloodline only has Xinba Chi G1P0, Fucha Guiren G1P0, Huan Huan G3P1, Andi Bird G1P0 - it can be seen that the pregnancy rate of the little lords is very low.

Emperor sperm activity, is there a possible problem? This conjecture seems to have much support.

Advanced age: Yongzheng was 45 years old when he ascended the throne.

At that time when the average life expectancy was 60, it was obviously middle-aged and elderly. Studies have shown that the effect of age on male infertility is multifaceted.

Increasing age can lead to changes in parameters such as sperm percentage of forward movement of semen, percentage of motile sperm, sperm parietal enzyme activity, and DFI. Keep in mind that men over the age of 35 have only half the chance of getting pregnant for men under the age of 25.

Sleep: The history books record that during Yongzheng's reign, he handled government affairs under high load, sleeping only four or five hours a day.

Foreign large cohort studies have shown that the reproductive ability of the study subjects who slept less than 6 hours a night was significantly reduced compared with the 8 hours of regular sleep per night.

Moreover, this lack of sleep is also accompanied by sedentary, which increases the local temperature of the testicles and hinders the return of pudendal veins. A study of 150 men showed that sperm survival, mosotism, concentration, etc. in the sedentary group decreased significantly compared with the non-sedentary group.

Obesity: Most studies have shown that high BMI is associated with an increased chance of infertility.

Alcohol consumption: Semen analysis of men suggested that the percentage of abnormal sperm head and the abnormal sperm index of the drinking group were higher than those of the non-drinking group, and the sperm DNA rupture index was significantly increased.

In addition, as the amount of alcohol consumed and the age of alcohol increase, the quality of semen will further decrease.

And our emperor, after drinking the minister and drinking the prince, after drinking the wife and drinking the little wife, can also be regarded as an old wine and a fool.

Above, most of the factors that affect male sperm activity, our emperor is really in the move.

Therefore, pregnant can not only look at the effects of drugs and female body factors. After all, 42% of infertility is caused by male factors.

Now, ten years later, "The Biography of Zhen Huan" has grown into the hearts of the audience, and even if a "villain" like Huafei, the personality defects seem to have been repaired by time, and the image is becoming more and more plump.

In history, Huan Yixiang may not really have its own things, and the deduction in the text naturally cannot find a real answer, which can be used for a pleasure. You are also welcome to share your opinions in the comments section.
