Italian journalist Luca Marchetti said that Milan will work hard to renew Casey's contract to the end, but has no intention of satisfying the latter's demand for an annual salary of 8 million euros after tax.

The reporter revealed that Milan will continue to try to renew Casey's contract, although this now seems to be difficult to achieve. In the interest of Paris and a number of Premier League clubs, Casey asked Milan for an annual salary after tax of more than 8 million euros.
