According to Italian media reports, Arsenal are ready to try again to sign Juve's Artur in the summer window.
Calciomercato reported that Arsenal were ready to try again after the failed introduction of Juve midfielder Artur in the winter window.
Towards the end of the winter window, Di Marzio confirmed that Artur's move to Arsenal had failed, and Romano tweeted that the talks had collapsed.
The Athletic reported that Arsenal refused to enter formal talks with Juve because the club's top brass had not approved the deal between technical director Edu and the Serie A team.
Arsenal's initial plan was to go on loan for Artur for 6 months, but Juve wanted to extend the time to 18 months. Edu and Cherubini eventually agreed on an 18-month loan plus a €40 million buyout clause, but Arsenal subsequently rejected the proposal.
According to Goal Italia's Romeo Agresti, Juve only agreed to an 18-month loan, so the deal failed to close.
