According to Sina Technology, Amazon will raise the base wage cap for its employees, citing highly competitive conditions in the labor market as one of the factors prompting the company to make the change. In an internal memo sent to employees on Monday, Amazon said it would raise the base pay cap for all white-collar employees to $350,000, a big boost from the previous $160,000 cap.
