Nvidia's acquisition of ARM failed

The U.S. Stock Research Agency learned that the Titanium Media App reported on February 8 that SoftBank's transaction to sell chip group ARM to Nvidia for $66 billion failed. SoftBank will receive up to $1.25 billion in deal break-up fees. (Source: Financial Times)
