According to the information provided by netizens, the brigade police quickly retrieved the surveillance video along the way, and found that at 10:46 on August 13, 2021, a black Mercedes-Benz car drove from west to east along Zhongshan Avenue, and when it came to the section of the Civic Center Square, the surveillance camera captured a child sitting in the driver's arms, while the child's hands were on the steering wheel, making the appearance of driving.
At 5 p.m. on August 13, through technical investigation, the police got in touch with the driver of the car, Qiu Mou, who admitted that he was indeed driving with a child that day.
